Yesterday was Hadlee's 6th Birthday! We started off the morning with one small gift before she went to school. Her and Hannah both love Webkinz so she got a Duck-billed Platypus, it is so cute. I asked her what else she wanted since she will get something else on Saturday from us at her party and she let me know that she wants an Ipod Touch! Oh my, I said no sweetie I don't think you will get an Ipod Touch this year...she has proceeded to tell anyone that ask her what she wants that she wants and Ipod Touch, haha :) You know she could work that thing if she did actually did get one! Anyways, last night she had her gymnastics class and then we went out to eat at La Margarita for dinner. Hadlee chose this place because she wanted "the people to sing to me." And at La Margarita they also put a sombrero on your head and serve you some yummy ice cream. We had a good time and can't wait for the party. HAPPY BIRTHDAY HADLEE!! We love you so much and mommy and daddy couldn't be prouder of our "little" girl!! (i keep getting reminded that she is NOT so little anymore...she is almost the same size as her 4th grade sister) I do not like this growing up thing that they do. I know they have to grow up but I wish it wasn't so fast! I am trying to not even think about the fact that Hannah will be double digits this year :(
Just thought I would update you on Hannah. She still has the "traveling hives!" We took her back to the doctor yesterday because it had been 1 week and we figured they could give her a shot or something. You would think that after a week of taking benedryl she would be immune to it! The doctor said no shot...continue with the benedryl every 6 to 8 hours for the next 5 days, if she continues to have them after that then it will be considered Chronic Hives and they will try something different. She did say that the hives could last up to 3 weeks though!
Stay tuned because tomorrow is Hadlee's birthday party and I will definitely be blogging about her big day! I am so excited about her cake that I ordered from this lady in Pflugerville!
