First let me start by saying “OUCH” it even hurts to sit at this computer and type, ha! Hurts to cough, yawn…definitely hurts to get up and down from a sitting position! What was Ms. Jillian Michaels thinking when she came up with this workout video!?!
So no more whining…I am going to do this! I challenge all that are reading this to join Justin and I on this little 30 day adventure and show off your results in the end. On Facebook I am updating my status daily as I complete the days to ensure my accountability. Today I completed Day #2, hard but easier then Day #1. Its actually very depressing to know that I, at age 28, am so out of shape. That just makes me more determined though. Justin and I are going to take a before picture of each of us tonight and then an after photo when we complete the full 30 days, yikes thats a scary thought (the before photo, hopefully not the after photo) Diets have changed as well and I can honestly say I am feeling great, aside from the pain that I have right now…but that will pass hopefully in a few days.

I've been doing the shred too, but not daily. In fact this week I was a big winner and did it twice. I moved on to level two which literally kills me. Hold off until you master level one b/c WHEW!!!!
