Words cannot even describe how sweet this little girl is ya’ll! She has a heart of gold, truly! God truly blessed us with Miss Hadlee when he chose us to be her parents and we are sooooo thankful!
This morning she awoke to a house decorated with streamers and Hannah Montana decorations. We cooked a big breakfast and sang Happy Birthday as she blew out the candles on her cupcakes before heading to school.
She opened a few presents too! She got a new DSI game, a cute water bottle that she had been wanting and a new outfit to wear on her special day. Oh and a pink birthday ribbon pin to wear, fun! She also took cupcakes to school to share with everyone at recess. When she got home from school she said “Mom, it was the best day EVER!” Aw, I am so glad her birthday turned out great.
This afternoon we went to Texas Roadhouse for a family birthday dinner, yum! Here when its your birthday you get to sit on top of a saddle while everyone wishes you a HAPPY BIRTHDAY and hollers “YEE-HAW!” The waiter gave her my napkin to use as a lasso. Hadlee thought that was neat :)
