Diningroom make over!!

First off I must brag on how fabulous my sweet hubby is! He has got some talent :) he has made me many many different pieces of furniture and before this piece, my fave was this little antique-y accessory…

Now he has topped that! I have been searching and searching for a farm table, something rustic but haven’t found what I wanted. Yesterday Justin found some plans for a “farm table” picnic table style and I LOVE it! It is 8 ft long and 35 in wide. We stained the bottom half and then painted the benches and table top black. Its PERFECT! Thank you honey :) *and yes, he started building this yesterday around 1 pm and was finished in about 4 hrs. When he got off of work this afternoon we started staining it and he finished it around 9 pm and brought it inside. Craziness!)

Now that blank wall that you see…well I have the perfect idea for that so check back soon. It involves some pictures and frames and ribbon…so its a little bit of a project but it is going to look great when its all complete!
