Not quite a wordless Wednesday :)

DSCN1297

I have to say that I am so proud of this little munchkin! We traveled like crazy people this past weekend! Seriously. Her sisters were well taken care of on Friday by some dear friends. Thank you Rachelle and family, we love you guys!

Friday we woke up at 3 am (3 am people!) Mind you, I went to bed at 1 am because I was busy making sure things were organized and clothes were ironed. (I am not old, but I am TOO old for functioning on only 2 hrs of sleep) We had to be at ACU at 8:30 am to visit the college with my brother, Kyle, for football.

DSCN1253DSCN1252We visited ACU for 3 1/2 hours, met some amazzing people and coaches and just fell in love! It is an awesome college and we would be so happy for Mr Kyle to become a Wildcat! I will mention that I also got to meet a sweet blog friend, Whitney. It was a quick “hello” but we are both praying that we will be in the stands at football games cheering together soon!

So, while visiting, Miss Emma was a perfect angel! Not sure where she stuck the Emma we know but we thank her ;) She did great!

While Kyle and Justin visited one more college, Hardin Simmons, Emma and I grabbed a bite to eat. I figured taking her for another 3 1/2 tour would be pushing my luck. Ha! We also found the mall and killed some time shopping, finding some great sales.

On Saturday around noon we got a wild hair and decided to drive to East Texas and surprise my MIL for Mother’s Day. She was very surprised and we had a great visit! I received my Mother’s Day gift a little early due to a slight hair dye mis-hap. I will say that I LOVE my hair now! Pictures later about that. I am so blessed to be the mother of these 3 girls! I love them so much…never knew in my wildest dreams that your heart could have that much love! They are so wonderful and I thank God for choosing them to my gifts! (and of course Justin’s too) We are both blessed beyond belief. Our cup runneth over!

DSCN0999All in all we traveled 1000 miles this weekend! Wow. It was well worth it and we definitely enjoyed it but man are we exhausted! Whew!
