On the hunt…..

Yesterday evening I could not believe my eyes! Miss Emma Claire was on the hunt for CRICKETS!! Justin had just finished mowing the yard and that’s always when the crickets come out. Well, she noticed and got to chasing after them and even picking them up, I could not believe my eyes! Ha! Miss priss NEVER messes with insects and always runs the opposite direction making a “don’t you dare come near me with that thing!” facial expression. Well, yesterday I guess we had a change of heart towards these jumpy little creatures. Fair warning to all crickets: be on the watch for a cute little girl with her little blue pail because she is on the hunt for you now! Yikes!

Here’s the eldest, Miss Hannah-Banana back from her sleepover. She had a great time and couldn’t be more excited about having one of her bff’s in her homeroom class this school year! Have a great week, as I may be a little MIA for the next few days. Last minute I have decided to make all 3 of the girls pillowcase dresses to wear to Uncle Kyle’s first football game this Friday nite…..hrmmmm? What am I thinking?? I actually intended on making only 2 bc you know, Hannah is too big for this stuff now (so she thinks) but when she heard about them she decided “mom, I want one too!” So now I am tackling 3 of them and they are going to be precious with their hair bows!
